Release Arts Studio is a nonprofit organization based on the Westside of Chicago. Our goal is to be effective agents of change within our community, helping all to find release using various forms of art. We believe that without creativity, we lack the ability to think for ourselves. Gone are the days that we
"think outside the box" - there is no box and there are no limits. We were created to create.
Our Mission
Our mission is to provide educational services in the form of art enrichment activities to at-risk youth, senior citizens, disabled/special needs individuals, schools, daycare centers, and others seeking a release through art. We are here to promote and intensify the artistic abilities of individuals through workshops, demonstrations, and other educational means.
Our Vision
Our vision is to be an integral and vital part of the cultural life of the West-side of Chicago and throughout the mid-west area, by providing and promoting various forms of art through visual and performing arts.
